Rose McGowan was released on bond Tuesday after she turned herself in to authorities in connection with a felony drug possession charge in Virginia.
Last month, a warrant was issued for McGowan's arrest in Loudoun County.
According to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police, the charge was tied to an incident that happened in January 2017 after personal belongings that tested positive for narcotics were left behind on a United Airlines flight that arrived at Washington Dulles International Airport.
Authorities say the incident happened the day before the Women's March in D.C., which the actress participated in.
McGowan was released on $5,000 secured bond.
